The Wednesday Meetings
Wednesday-meetings are held once a month. They form an open discussion- and relationship forum where any pastor can share situations and challenges they face, and receive feedback from the others on how to go about it. -
Some examples could be:

What can we practically do for the kids at our church?

How can we avoid that the youngsters in our church leave God and become criminals or drugatics?
-
How can we fight AIDS? - How can we bring down crime? etc.
